BALLET WORKOUT
Ballet Workout is a
holistic workout that improves strength and endurance.
Ballet movements such as pliés, tendus, jettés, attitudes
and arabesques combined with elements of aerobics and
fitness to music form the basis of this workout. The
focus is on learning the movements and positions of
classical ballet routines. The training session is
divided into exercises of increasing intensity to improve
body strength, endurance and stability and final
stretching. The training helps improving the stability of
the joints, physical confidence, the sense of balance and
the body’s and muscles’ flexibility. Ballet workout
offers a broad range of variations for everyone - whether
young or old, man or woman, amateur or professional
dancer.
