Indian Spirit ®
          Indian Sprit is a holistic
          Body-Mind-Workout. Elements of yoga, modern dance, Qi
          Gong, Tai Chi, Eastern martial arts, dance and
          trance-dance therapy are combined to a complete
          wellness-training concept.
          
          INDIAN SPIRIT is a gentle workout with a meditative focus
          and it enforces the body awareness to promote a dynamic
          effect. A main element are mudras, typical Indian hand
          and finger gestures. These are combined with special foot
          techniques, which energize the body and solve blockages.
          
          
          INDIAN SPIRIT was developed by Tatjana Wegner, it is a
          successful synthesis of various styles and disciplines
          which increases the harmonious development of body
